Outwell Earth 5 tent - Returned

Please note this is a seconds item that was returned to us. It has some mud on the underside of the groundsheet and the underside of the inner, otherwise it is in great condition

The reason for this item being returned is that the seam on the zip of the side door was never sealed in the factory so it lets a small amount of water in. Water only comes into the porch area. If you're not bothered about this you can leave it as is, or you can seal the seam yourself with seam sealant.
