Use and care

To avoid damaging the wooden table top Outwell advise using stoves that shield the work surface from flames by extending the metal case under the burners and that have legs/feet to lift it clear of the surface to minimise the effect of heat radiated by the hot casing and that reflected back by cooking pots.
