Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or comment you wish to make regarding any of our products or services please do so in writing. You may send your complaints/comments via email or by post.

If you send a letter please include your postal address. We may wish to respond via email or telephone, if you have no objection to us doing so please also include a relevant contact number/s and email address in your letter.

A Customer Service Manager will contact you within 5-working days via telephone or email. If it is necessary to contact you via letter please allow up to 10-working days to do so.

Two wrongs don't make a right!

We welcome all forms of constructive criticism and encourage our customers to let us know when we have got things wrong. We respectfully request that customers with genuine grievances give Camperlands Ltd the opportunity to satisfy their complaint before publishing unsubstantiated claims in the public domain. Thank you.
