ON-SITE WORKSHOPS
The camperlands workshop provides high quality specialist
repairs to tents, trailer tents and folding campers.
We carry out a wide range of insurance, warranty and
repair work regardless of how small or large the job
maybe. We are members of the (N.T.T.A) National Tow
bars and Trailers Association. Our experienced fitters
and engineers have previous mechanical and electrical
knowledge of aircraft, motor vehicles and trailers,
however we are unable to service passenger jets at this
time - just kidding.
New trailer tents and folding campers, as well as
most of our used stock is thoroughly inspected in our
workshop prior to collection. This Pre-delivery Inspection
or P.D.I is provided free (terms and conditions apply).
FITTING SERVICE
We fit electrics, water pumps, fridges, storage boxes,
roof boxes, brakes, bread
ALTERATION AND DESIGN
Our on-site sewing room caters for minor and major repair
work on tents, trailer tents and folding campers. Work
carried out typically includes zip and panel replacements,
patches, pegging points and eyelet refitting and canvas
re-proofing.
SERVICE CENTRE
Have your wheeled unit serviced for around £60.00
+VAT. Camperlands are authorised service, warranty and
repair specialists for several major manufacturers and
insurance companies.
NOTE: some general repairs, warranty work and servicing
can only be done out of season during October to January.
This is due to high demand during peak season periods.
Don't wait until the camping season gets underway, get
your camping equipment serviced and repaired before
the rush. To avoid disappointment book from 1st October
to 30th of January.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Returning goods back to a manufacturer under warranty
for repair is a very time consuming process that could
result in you missing your next holiday, even if the
fault requires only a few minutes work to correct. Because
we are authorized repair specialists for many top brands,
almost all warranty work generated by Camperlands is
carried out in our workshops, saving considerable time
and inconvenience. Should you have to return a product
to us with a genuine warranty complaint, we will endeavor
to have it repaired within 7-10 days or before your
next holiday, which ever is sooner?
SPARE PARTS
If you are looking for spares and don't know where to
start looking for them, give us a call. We have a very
good understanding of the leisure industry and know
how and where to find spares that many companies are
unable or simply unwilling to find. So whether you own
a tent, trailer tent, folding camper or caravan, save
some time and give us first try, if it's available and
we have access to it, Camperlands can supply it.
