For the second year running the Camp-let was voted "Best Lightweight Trailer Tent" over £3100. The competition is run by the Caravan Club at the National Exhibition Centre at Birmingham. The Camp-let was competing against leading UK and European Trailer Tent manufacturers. Judges were looking for overall design strengths, including, ease of use, erecting and packing away, comfort, value for money and quality.

APOLLO INTRODUCTION
Apollo puts all your home comforts into a natural setting and will provide your family with many years of camping holiday freedom - anywhere anytime. A fully erected Apollo is 17 square metres and provides two double sleeping cabins, a built-in kitchen and a spacious living room in the integral front awning. Plenty of elbowroom for the whole family, big or small.

Apollo is the highest quality compact trailer tent, elegant, maintenance free, with a strong fibreglass body. Apollo is rustfree all the way to the chassis with independant suspension. Its very lightweight and very compact when folded down, which makes it a joy to tow and store. When erected the Apollo is a large and spacious family holiday home, with plenty of room for the entire family's camping equipment and paraphernalia.

The stylish design and attactive colours blend in with nature, manufactured from the best and most durable materials. All fittings are made of stainless steel, the tent awning is of the highest quality with covered zips and versatile front openings. The canvas is doubled around the poles and vulnerable points are reinforced. The large panoramic windows are resistant to UV-rays.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES There is only one area of the Camp-let Apollo Lux that is different to the standard Apollo model - the kitchen. While on the road both Camp-let kitchens are fitted at the back of the trailer, with the rear kitchen unit doubling as the trailers swivelling rear doorway. Both kitchen types can be used during stops in a matter of seconds, without having to set-up the entire trailer tent, but of the two models the Apollo Lux kitchen is able to offer greater function - here's why. The kitchen of the Apollo incorporates plenty of storage including a useful lower utility shelf and good size storage areas provided within the mould of the kitchen unit. There is also 3 individual work surfaces ideal for an optional cooker and a wash bowl, with the 3rd surface incorporating a draining rack. The Apollo Lux kitchen offers the same lower utility shelf and storage facilities with the addition of drop-down-doorways fitted to the storage areas. These can be used as temporary useable surfaces to assist in food preparation etc. The Lux kitchen also incoporates a 3-burner gas stove, sink and 13l water container, which provides water to the sink via a 12v pump unit.
