Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

- It is a condition of entry to this Competition that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Receipt of entry to this competition, amounts to an acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not enter this Competition.
- Entrants must be a minimum of 18 years of age, own a valid email address and reside in either England, Scotland or Wales.
- Duplicate competition entries are invalid and will be deduped automatically.
- No purchase is necessary to enter any of the prize draws on offer.
- Employees of Camperlands Ltd, their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of this competition and any associated promotion, or anyone else professionally associated with this competition, are prohibited from taking part.
- By entering this Competition you agree to receive future newsletter emails from Camperlands Ltd. Should you decide to unsubscribe from our mailing list you will be removed from the competition.
- The competition will be closed to new entries on 08/12/2010.
Note: as prizes are awarded on a month-by-month basis, the number of prizes available to win decreases as the competition progresses. - In the event you should win a prize, you agree to have your name and postal town appear on our website and once, in the following months newsletter.
- Entry must be made via the Competition Sign-up web page. We cannot accept competition entries made by post, email or by telephone.
- Before submitting your subscription please check that all fields and options have been entered correctly.
- After submitting your competition entry you will be transferred to a confirmation web page. If for some reason you are unsuccessful please contact our office on 0161 902 3026 for assistance.
- The Camperlands Prize Draw Competiton starts on March the 9th 2010 and ends on December the 9th 2011.
- Monthly Prize Draw will conclude on the 9th of each month, with the first series of Draws taking place on March 9th 2010.
- The Camperlands Prize Draw Competiton consists of a total of 62 camping, caravanning and motorhome prizes, with a combined retail value of over £6'500. Specific prize information and prize quantities are described on the Prize Information web page.
- Each month a series of rotating Prize Draws will run side-by-side, providing competition subscribers with up to 7 chances of winning some amazing prizes.
- Voucher prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Vouchers prizes can be redeemed at the Camperlands Showground in Manchester or via the camperlands online shop.
- Fiamma vouchers may be redeemed via www.agentfiamma.co.uk, where the choice of Fiamma product is much greater.
- Some vouchers may only be used towards a particular product which may be more expensive than the value of the voucher. This means the voucher gives you a discount off camperlands current price at the time of the draw for that particular product voucher.
- Vouchers can only be exchanged for goods available from stock, either in-store or online at www.camperlands.co.uk and www.agentfiamma.co.uk.
- In the event of a product being out of stock and unavailable camperlands reserve the right to provide an alternative product.
- The following conditions apply to Camp-let;
a) The winner of the Camp-let £500 Prize Draw voucher for the month of August only, will be presented with their winning prize in person, at the NEC International Caravan and Motorhome Show 2010, sometime in October. 2x Free entry tickets to the NEC Exhibition Centre will be provided. However, travelling and accommodation expenses will remain the responsibility of the Camp-let Voucher recepient.
b) If you place an order between the 9\3\2010 and 31\8\2010 and meanwhile win one of the £500.00 camp-let vouchers, the voucher will either be deducted from the order total, if the camp-let has not been collected or, if the camp-let has already been collected the £500.00 voucher can be used to purchase camp-let accessories.
- Prize Draw winners will be notified by email between the 9th and 14th of each month, until the competiton expires in December.
- The name and postal town of prize winners will appear on our website and once, in the following months newsletter (see Conditions of Entry, 8).
- Trailer tent vouchers and Camp-let vouchers must be used within 6 months of issue. All other vouchers must be used within 3 months of issue. All vouchers expire at the end of these periods.
- Mailing list subscriber data shall be maintained in strict accordance with the data protection act.
- Camperlands Ltd will not share or sell subscriber data to 3rd party companies or organisations.
- Newsletter/competition subscribers are free to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Should you decide to unsubscribe from our mailing list you will be removed from the competition. All Camperlands newsletters include an optional 'Unsubscribe' link.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receiving of your entry.
Camperlands Ltd reserve the right to ammend competition terms and conditions without prior notice.
