orders and bankers drafts. Orders maybe placed online
or via telephone and fax. Although we accept Electron
in-store, it is not possible to make payment with all
Electron cards. All newly issued Electron cards are Internet
shopping enabled. We do not accept American Express.
If you would prefer not to submit your card payment details
online but would still like to shop online, you now can.
Simply select the 'Offline Payment Method' as your preferred
payment method and fill out the order form as normal.
When you submit the order you will be presented with an
order confirmation page, which says, an advisor will contact
you to confirm your preferred method of payment.

Do you delivery to my area?
It is currently
not possible to order goods from the Camperlands Website
for delivery to international destinations, the Channel
Islands, offshore Scottish Islands and Scottish highlands.
Deliveries to these locations can be arranged by special
requested only with exception to international deliveries,
although special arrangements can be made for Southern
Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Other areas of northern
Scotland are also effected.

If you would like to order goods for delivery to an area
not included in the drop-down list, please email
our mail order department and provide your delivery address
including postcode and details of the items you would
like to order. A sales advisor will contact you shortly
thereafter with delivery costs and a delivery day. We
apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Most orders
that arrive before 12:00 pm will be delivered the very
next working day. If this is not possible, an advisor
will contact you to explain how long delivery will take.
It's important to consider that the processes involved
in delivering goods ordered over the Internet are many
and require the attention of many people. The couriers
we use are not in our control therefore we are unable
to make promises regarding delivery times and we strongly
advise ordering goods allowing adequete time for them
to arrive.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be held
liable for late deliveries. The cost of delivering and
returning unwanted goods, which have arrived late will
remain the responsibility of the customer.
What if an item/s are not in stock when I place
my order?
We work hard to ensure that
all of our products are readily available to meet the
timescale specified below each product description, if
we are unable to meet the timescale specified we will
attempt to contact you immediately. We may offer you an
alternative product however, you are free to cancel your
order at anytime.
Unfortunately special orders
(normally made by special arrangement via telephone or
email) may not be cancelled once the order has been made
with our supplier.
How do I return unwanted goods?
It's important to make initial
contact within 7-days of receiving your goods. Your decision
to return unwanted goods must be communicated in writing,
either by letter, fax or via email. We will contact you
to discuss the appropriate method for returning the goods
and advise of the cost involved, please read our
terms and conditions relating to returns for a detailed
explanation and costing's for returning unwanted goods.
What do I do if goods are delivered damaged
or missing in transit?
It is important
that you inspect your goods for shortages and damage before
you sign the delivery drivers consignment notes. This
is particularly important if you are expecting a Fiamma
awning, roof box or other items, which maybe more vulnerable
to injury. Check to ensure that the number of parcels
on the delivery note corresponds with the parcels delivered
and ensure that goods found to be damaged are signed for
as 'damaged'. Do not sign for goods as 'unchecked'. Please
contact the mail order department as early as possible,
who will then arrange collection and redelivery.
How do I know if I'm ordering the right
product for me?
You may not find out until
the product/s arrive but you could save both time and
money by contacting us first to discuss your particular
requirements. We maybe able to offer the right kind of
advice and assistance to help you make a more informed
choice, so please don't hesitate to contact us if required.
Orders
placed with the Camperlands online shop are automatically
downloaded and imported directly into a unique order management
system, this methods ensures that sensitive payment information
is not sent via email, increasing payment security. When
you are ready to make a payment you will be automatically
transferred to a secure payment server (SSL), which is
indicated by a small gold coloured padlock in the bottom
right hand side of your monitor. All information is encrypted
using 128 bit encryption software. If you have any questions

I've placed an order online but haven't received
an email confirmation?
Please
contact the mail order department as early as possible
can so we can confirm your order details. This normally
only occurs when the email address provided during the
order form payment process was typed incorrectly. We will
amend your email address as soon as contact is made.
When entering my credit
card details I was asked for a 'Security Number', tell
me more?
For
most cards the number appears on the back of the card
at the top of the signature strip, the security number
includes the last 3 digits.
Some cards have a four digit security number on the front
of the card just above the account number.
This information is used as an additional form of security
for the retailer and the card holder and is used to verify
the integrity of the transaction.
