Camp-let and the story of Eva Gerdes
As a child Eva Gerde spent many cherished family holidays, camping with her parents. Now at the age of 37 and a proud mother with a daughter of her own, Eva is keen to share some of her outdoor experiences with her own family. Despite suffering from a congenital muscle disease, Eva had not given up on her dream to take her daughter camping. For a time this was not possible, as none of the camper / trailer tent manufacturers were producing a model suitable for Eva's needs - that is until Eva discovered Danish manufacturer Camp-let and a solution to her problem, in the form a specially made Camp-let trailer tent / camper.

Once again the Camp-let reigned supreme at the NEC Boat and Caravan Show in February, with the Camp-let voted "Best Lightweight Trailer Tent" for the 5th year running. So it's no surprise that the Camp-let Concorde was crowned "Best Trailer Tent" by the Camping Magazine. All well and good you might say, but what about all the other camping gear that's out there?

The biggest problem faced by campers and caravanners is high winds. Lets imagine a possible worse case scenario; your away on holiday in your tent or awning and the wind starts to pick up. Before long you're left clambering onto your tent like it's about to be sucked into a black hole. The long earned family camping holiday is in danger of being cut short. You can't stand there all day and night waiting for the wind to drop, not without your arms falling off! The problem is the second you let go the whole things gonna take-off like a kite tied to a jet engine! A large repair bill is inevitable as are the words, "That's the last time we go camping".
